Care Leavers into Careers (CLIC) supports care experienced young people across the Liverpool City regions and Greater Manchester using a relational, holistic approach that focuses on the individual, their barriers, goals and intentions.

Services include:

• One-to-one advice from trained mentors who understand what is available to care leavers in their location,

• Guidance to support employability,

• Help with funding to make work accessible such as transport in the first few weeks, clothing for work etc.,

• Support to overcome barriers to work including signposting to additional services,

• Help with training costs to access work,

• Regular socials to connect with other care experienced young people, and

• Access to the a mental health and well-being support hub with 24/7 access if desired.
