"Make a Difference community group brings together understanding amongst local people from the diverse communities across Greater Manchester. Promoting recreational activities events and trips out. We support young people with special needs and disabilities. Currently run a weekly wellbeing group for new families that come to the Bredbury Hotel to access as a place to engage and discuss any issues , whilst creating crafts and arts materials. This group will also allow new families in the Bredbury area to meet their neighbours and volunteers in the community until they remain in the hotel. We have the support of the local church and its volunteer members to continue to use the building and the church volunteers to support the development work connected to local voluntary and statutory services and works together to create a holistic package of support for all members of the family or individual needs.we offer support in a variety of spoken and written languages based on culturally appropriate need."
