The Limes
The Limes, run by the Salvation Army Housing Association (SAHA), is a supported accommodation service located in Manchester. It provides temporary housing for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless.
The service aims to help residents regain stability in their lives by offering not just a safe place to stay but also support to improve their situation. The Limes works with people facing various challenges, including mental health issues, substance misuse, or financial difficulties.
The Limes provides accommodation and support services to young males aged 16-25 years old. Taking an asset based approach and a focus on individual talents, it strives to support young people to flourish and thrive. Young People are provided with the opportunity to re-connect within the community, by creating their own pathway’s; building their skills, social inclusion, developing communication and realising their own aspirations.
The Limes helps people to engage into meaningful activity, whatever stage they are at on their journey to moving away from homelessness.
