Samaritans

Samaritans are here every day and night of the year for anyone struggling to cope. We make sure people have somewhere to turn and support when they need it most. We work with communities to let people know we’re here for them and we campaign to make suicide prevention a priority.

You can get in touch about anything that’s troubling you, no matter how large or small the issue feels.

We're here to listen, no judgement, no pressure, and help you work through what's on your mind. We'll never tell you what to do.
