The International Rescue Committee (IRC) offers services to support refugees and asylum seekers into work in the UK.

These include a comprehensive Job Readiness course, which helps individuals find jobs, create excellent applications, build interview skills, and understand their legal rights in the workplace.


This programme offers:

• A 6 session Job Readiness Training (online) to help you understand the UK job market, create a CV and cover letter, apply for jobs, and prepare for interviews.

• Up to 3 months of one-on-one employment support (online).

• A range of workshops (in-person or online) which provide focused support on CV and cover letter drafting and interview practice.
