Lingua.GM facilitators help individuals to engage through various training sessions, community events, advice, education programmes, community group activities, cultural celebrations.

Services include:

• Connect 5: The Connect 5 Course is delivered in different languages by our qualified trainers as a 2-day face to face or on-line as 3 half-day sessions.

Focuses on training staff to enable them to support their patients or clients to live well mentally, to better manage their mental health, increase their resilience and ultimately improve wellbeing.

• Living Life to the Full: Free face to face/online courses covering- Low mood, stress and resilience, build confidence, feel happier, stay calm and tackle upsetting thinking

• Working with interpreters: This is a one-day training course on that aims to reinforce good communication skills and help clients' staff to communicate, using an interpreter, across cultures and languages.

• Life skills sessions

• Financial Wellbeing- We have various methods for people to access this help, through Webinars, online 1-1 Financial Clinics and face to face sessions.

• Cultural Competency Training

• Drop-in Sessions

Community Interpreter/Translation Services:

We provide interpreting services to Health and social care services, GP practices, schools, home office, solicitors, immigration advisers, housing associations and many others. We have flexible booking arrangements that respond to both routine and unexpected situations.

Our interpreters understand your responsibilities and are completely impartial.
We enable clear, constructive communication.
