Supervision for staff / volunteers

Last updated 06/12/24

Working with people who have been severely traumatised can itself be traumatising so supervision can support staff wellbeing and keep them mentally able to continue the work over a period of years. We work with many different charities, local authorities and other agencies across the South West providing training, supervision and consultancy to prevent the vicarious traumatisation of their staff and volunteers.
