Our programme targets small businesses, entrepreneurs, and those with a business idea, providing tailored support across all 10 Greater Manchester authorities. 

From Artists to Zero-Waste Shop Owners, Alpaca Farmer to Zumba Instructor, we’re dedicated to helping you succeed, no matter what your business focus is. Join us and transform your entrepreneurial dreams into reality.

Each library service boasts its own dedicated Small Business Enterprise Officer. They are committed to offering a variety of workshops and services, including information
surgeries, digital support for online selling, business planning, and pitching assistance.

Eligibility Criteria: You own a small business (including sole traders and microbusinesses) OR You would like to start a business or have a business idea you wish to develop. Additionally, you or your business must have a postcode within one of the following Greater Manchester authorities: Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, or Wigan.
