Metropolitan Congregation (MCC) - LGBTQI+ Support

We are a Christ-centred congregation which serves, celebrates and affirms the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (lgbt) communities of Manchester and North West England.

All are welcome.

Our services are celebrative yet thoughtful and aim to appeal to folk from a range of different church backgrounds as well as to those for whom spirituality is new.

We offer a place to explore Christian spirituality and help people live the Christian faith in ways which make sense in our contemporary society.

We are a friendly church and after worship - which usually lasts around one hour - everyone is invited to stay for refreshments and a chat.

For many years our congregation was part of the Metropolitan Community Church (MCC) - an American-based lgbt denomination, but we are now one of the two worshipping congregations of Wilbraham St Ninian's United Reformed Church.
