Leadership Training
Are you 17 +, with lived experience of seeking asylum, looking for training to become a youth leader? OSH runs a leadership training programme, which gives our members the chance to step up and gain the skills and confidence to facilitate activities, lead games and be role models to young people. Our Programme equips participants with vital leadership skills, which they can put into practice in a supported environment at our residential trips and in our weekly activities in Bristol. OSH is a peer-led youth movement, where leaders with lived experience of seeking asylum are at the heart. Participants join OSH, complete our Leadership Training Programme, lead for the first time, and inspire more participants to follow in their footsteps.
