"Since 2009, our voluntary lawyer provides expert legal and welfare advice every Monday at MCC for vulnerable Chinese community who have English Language barrier. Our voluntary lawyer is expert in this field, providing independent and confidential advice to those in need with the aim to advise and promote self-confidence and independence. This is recognised by all in the community to be an important and invaluable service. We aim to make a difference by providing an advice and drop in service assisting with the relief of poverty covering: Welfare benefits Citizenship Housing Homelessness Consumer rights Bad debt Family and personal issues Employment Education HealthTime: Sun 12-4 & Mon 3-6pm ESOL English is available to our members every Mon-Thurs provided by WEA.
